Help plz

My game started saying that it couldn't connect so I re installed it and now everything is gone, i wanna know if it is possible to restore my account even if I wasn't connected to Facebook, I mean I tried to connect but the game wouldn't let me (still won't let me for some reason) my name was hero_of_triforce

I think this was just temporary. I checked once this week, but when i checked today, everything was back.
Maybe they added something new during that time?
I don't know.

Yes but sadly I made the mistake of removing the game and re installing it and I lost all my stuff
